This distance learning course will allow you to acquire all the dressmaking skills to make your own Skirts and Trousers.
The Skirts & Trousers sub-section is part of the Pattern Making Full Course and of the Womenswear course, but can be studied independently.
As a stand-alone course it comes with the same general information and instructions as the full package– i.e. equipment usage, measurements, sewing instructions etc – but it only contains the necessary basic blocks for constructing Skirts and Trousers in a large variety of styles. When you have practiced the blocks and styles in this section you will find it very easy to construct almost any skirt or trousers design that you like, in your own or any measurements.
