    The photos and/or videos are used for the company's public relations and for customer/participant support by tutors.

    The processing of photos and/or videos (collection, storage, and sharing with third parties) is based on the explicit consent of the individual concerned, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The publication of selected images in (print) publications by the organizer, as well as on their website/Facebook account, etc., is necessary for the company's public relations and for supporting customers/participants by tutors, and thus serves the legitimate interests of the involved parties, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
    There is no liability claim against the company or its partners for the type and form of use of the aforementioned websites, for example, for downloading images and their subsequent use by third parties.

  4. Categories of Recipients of Personal Data
    For the purpose of public relations, they may be posted on the company's website and those of its aforementioned partners, as well as used for the company's and its aforementioned partners' Facebook page, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
    The use of photographic recordings for purposes other than those described or their commercialization by transferring the recordings to third parties is prohibited

  5. Duration of Storage of Personal Data
    Photos and/or videos created for the company's public relations purposes and those of its aforementioned partners will be stored for an indefinite period, subject to the revocation of the individual's consent.

  6. Right of Withdrawal in Case of Consent
    Consent to the processing of photos and/or videos can be withdrawn at any time with future effect. The legality of the data processing carried out based on consent until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
